In the event that the collection point is saturated or closed, the package is automatically routed to the nearest collection point according to availability.
En cas de retour du colis dans nos locaux suite à une impossibilité de livraison de ce dernier (délai d’instance dépassé, adresse du destinataire erronée, etc), le client est automatiquement prévenu par mail. Sans nouvelles de sa part sous un délai de 48 heures à compter de la réception du mail, La Maison de L’argan se réserve le droit d’annuler la commande. Les frais de port ne seront alors pas remboursés. Dans le cas d’une commande avec le port offert, des frais de 6.5€ seront alors déduits du remboursement.

Once the parcel is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours, directly into your mailbox. If this one is not big enough and you are absent, a notice of passage will be deposited to you allowing you to choose on Internet a new date of delivery in the 6 wrought days or to recover your parcel as of the following day 15h in the post office of your choice.
If you don't express a choice, you will be able to recover your parcel in your post office of attachment, within 15 days.
If the package is indicated delivered but is not in your possession we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be made (neither on the order nor on the shipping costs)
Once the parcel is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and signed for. If you are absent, a notice of passage will be deposited allowing you to choose on Internet a new date of delivery in the 6 working days or to recover your parcel as of the following day 15h in the post office of your choice.
If you do not choose a delivery date, you will be able to pick up your parcel at your local post office within 15 days.

With Colissimo Point Retrait you have a choice of several collection methods to recover your package
- At La Poste, you can choose the establishment in which you wish to be delivered (without prior passage of your bill at home) among the 10 000 post offices available everywhere in France.
Once the parcel is prepared by us, it will be delivered within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. If we have to return the package again, you will be asked to pay additional fees.
- in a Pickup relay, you can choose one of the 7500 retailers of the Pickup network, near your home, your workplace or your vacations, to which you wish to be delivered

You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. If we have to return the package again, you will be charged.
- In Pickup Station, you can choose one of the 500 automatic pickup lockers to have your package delivered. Located on your route (train station, subway, parking lot, shopping malls...) they are accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day (except for lockers subject to the schedules of shopping malls and transport areas).
Once the parcel is prepared by us, it will be delivered within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your withdrawal codes allowing you to withdraw your package during 3 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. If we have to return the package again, you will be charged.
